We at Global believe that basics count. We pay consideration to real metrics, like Return on Investments (ROI) and Return on Equity (ROE) so that we're always heading in the direction of generating sustainable value for our clients. Our clients choose us because of our technological expertise and our flexible innovative methods.

1. Understanding the Customer Need

We at Global realize that in order to deliver logical and cost effective results it is imperative to understand your business process. Our development managers and analysts and technical leads spend a great amount of time and resources to investigate your business and accumulate an in dept understanding of the problem so in turn we can offer a reasonable solution.

2. Grasp Specifications

Based on what specifications collected during the initial phase of systems and business process studies our team creates an outline of expectations and required results.

3. Proposition

The next step would be to submit to our customer:
  • A rational road map that would underline the strengths and weaknesses of the customer
  • A cost effective and budgeted proposal outlining financial information and resource allocation

4. Devise Strategy

Our Project Managers and Development Managers review their initial study to come up with a strategy to map out the proposal of how to integrate the function, course of the project and industry vertical specific strategies. The goal is to optimize the business model well within the budget and time guidelines of our customer.

5. Analysis and Review

The entire proposal is put through a series of rigorous analysis and Q&A from both our internal team and the customer team. This ensures that no surprises arise once the strategy is agreed upon and is implemented for execution. During the course of the project tests are performed both on the hardware and software in accordance with the documented plan and all bugs and errors and noted and subjected to remedial actions.

6. Customer Review and Modification Implementation

Once the initial tests have been performed and the bugs and errors have been sorted out the system is put through for customer review. All suggestions and required changes are noted and the system is taken back to the development team to incorporate changes.

7. Final Product

The final system product that is developed according to the customer specifications and expectations is delivered as an effective application.
